Greek Myths gives the reader the right amount of information to the reader to be intrigued but not feel they are reading a text book. The snapshots of the Gods/Goddesses and Greek characters was a perfect taste to help the reader understand the basic Greek Myths or intrigue the reader to dive deeper.
I felt this book would be a good place for a reader to start if they are to read books like Circe, The Song of Achilles, or other fiction books with Greek Mythology influence.
The illustrations were phenomenal. They helped the reader visualize the Myths as well as get a good understanding of Greek art.
The only criticism I would have is that some of the stories were a little long and elaborate, which could make the reader lose interest as the other parts of the book are one page snap shots.
I really enjoyed this book and I think many other people looking for a quick run down of basic Greek Mythology will too.

Great entry level book into Greek mythology.
Particularly loved that there was a section dedicated to how to pronounce the names of the greek gods - that part really enhanced this book and made it stand out from the rest of the books that I have read about the same subject.
Illustrations were beautiful.
I do wonder, in the UK do they not use the word snuck? I stumbled on my reading whenever i read the word sneaked.
