This is definitely a book worth reading if you have a newborn. I found the techniques really do work. Took one star off because the author's voice wasn't exactly my cup of tea but overall very helpful!

As a new parent, I’ll take any advice I can get. This book makes total sense to my inexperienced self. The Snoo does a great job soothing my newborn (knock on wood).
I stopped reading the book about halfway through when I noticed a video version of the techniques was available. I am giving it a 4 for the simple usefulness of information, not the formatting of the book as others have already stated! The video is much more impactful than an overly wordy text version.
