The start of this book was absolutely perfect! Our main couple is adorable and adorable with each other. The sex is hot, like mega hot. But even with all those positive attributes the book didn't hold my attention very well.

This wonderful story just really clicked with me. The writing and character development are so well done and the romance between Zane and Liam flows along at the perfect pace. I read this in one sitting because I was so invested in the outcome.
These two main characters are so much fun and easy to like. There’s so many ridiculous pet names from Zane and dead pan/witty banter between him and Liam. Theirs is a slow burn romance but once the spark flames the heat levels skyrocket. A couple of issues need to be dealt with by both parties but they do get their HEA.
If you’re after a well crafted book, with no angst, sweet tender moments, laugh out loud moments and goofy pet names, then I highly recommend this book.
This is the second book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. The main characters from the first book do have an important role so to enhance your reading experience you may choose to read the first book.
