Read two Sarah Adams romances in a row and I think I've hit my limit...although I really love Audrey Hepburn and one of my favorite movies is Roman Holiday, I didn't really like the "modern romcom cutesy spinoff version". The plot was very predictable and the two characters have too much repetitive inner turmoil of to be or not to be, so it kinda broke my brain. He is reluctant to commit to a long distance relationship, she is reluctant to leave behind her stardom. But we know that compromises are going to be made, it just takes 100 pages for them to get there. The characters are not particularly that likable or memorable, and like all Adams books, there is NO SPICE!

Didn't enjoy the writing style, the portrayel of celebrities and small town people. It felt stereotypical. I could have gotten over it but I just felt bored by the story.

I listened to this via audiobook and I have to say, I really enjoyed it! It was something nice to listen to since this book has been on my tbr for a couple weeks. I liked this book so much more than The Cheat Sheet, and I'm planning on reading Practice Makes Perfect next!

This was an extremely cute read that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I liked how Amelia set out to discover herself again and was an extremely cautious person. She’s relatable, quirky, and overall, very well written. I felt like Noah didn’t fit a certain mold or was described like most other love interests are and I found it refreshing. They are the sunshine to my grumpy trope but I loved it.

I enjoyed the setting and the nosy people- I think Mabel had to be my favorite character out of the entire book. I loved the humor between everyone and the heartfelt moments between not only Amelia and Noah, but the others too.

I received an eARC through NetGalley For an honest review.
