Before I found this book, I had experienced many unpleasant feelings whenever I was left by myself in a public space. Admittedly, it made me feel horrible for multiple reasons like:
1) why do I feel that way?
2) how do I expect people (friends and family members) to want to spend time with me if I can't stand my own presence?
3) how do I make it stop?
for a long time I didn't an answer to any of these questions I just knew that I did not want to keep feeling his way anymore; now I won't say that my perspective changed or i miraculously feel all these positive feelings given that I just binged the book in a day but I would stay that it gave me the key or courage to explore the reason behind these feelings and not be scared.
So, if you are like me and you would like something light and not filled with all these bullet points and instructions and instead what just like not a guide but a description, then I'd suggest this book for you.
