Very well-paced, inspiring, and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It’s perfect for anyone who needs a reality check but in the form of a short, fast-paced book.

The art of being alone is about how to spend your alone time wisely. I expected some fictitious dark psychology facts but it was much more realistic than that.

How to get rid of toxic self love, How to develop positive attitude in your life even if you spend your time in solitude and benefits of thorough thinking about your dreams, passion and self improvement; this is the basic theme of this book.

Well no doubt, as a fellow struggler to find my passion, I found this book much more relatable and all this book did to me was to insert some insights into my mind and enlightened my thinking pattern.

I was taking difficult routes to achieve things I want, and the price was to sacrifice my peace. Now that I know there's somebody out there who's taking baby steps towards her goal, I'm more determined than ever.

Most importantly, this book taught me about open loops, questions to ask myself, gave me courage and motivation to do research on them and to list stuff I should stop doing. That's kinda my 2024 goal as well.

And well a good book is the one you constantly think about even after so many days you read that book, or when you're reading something else and that book just comes to your mind out of nowhere. Well it's that kind of a book for me :))

I was lucky to find this book, to read this book, in my depressed dark days. This is among the best self help books I like. It was a 5/5 for me.

Somehow completed the entire book! It was a unnecessarily stretched book and seemed like a teenage ranting about her friendships and about others ways of living which she thinks is wrong. Had high hopes as per the title but was disappointed. The repeated use of Darling, dear, honey, kind of makes things more dull since the author wants to follow a cool way of saying things which is not the case. She seems to lose the track and sense of what she wants to imply or say very often

Some good takeaways. A little wordy.  You are in your own.

3.5 ish.
The writer is just asking you to get your life together, even if you're just alone.

The way this book talked about Self Help Books felt like it’s me reading my own words. This book is so good and just because I already practice or live my life like this, I definitely learnt a lot from this one. And I wonder if this generation that craves company like anything will pursue such books. I always believe people who are not complete in themselves look for other people to complete them. And I have even seen toxic friends in such cases.

Its a really amazing book with deep insights and when given proper time to it, it can change your life. there were less details on how to get started. but honestly I feel that this book couldn't have been any better. short and sweet. and its better that way. because if you really want to find a way to change your life you will way to do it not excuses.
