I don't quite see how you can't like this book. It's just a huge collection of cool stories and tips from smart people in various industries. Like [author:Tim Ferriss|16273591] mentions in the book, you can't read this like a classic book though, but rather pick the people you are interested in learning more about. I usually hop back and forth to read what I'm curious on that given day.
Or, as Tim nicely put it: "... This book should be fun to read, and it's a buffet to choose from. ...If you hate shrimp, don't eat the goddamn shrimp."
If I would have one complaint, it would have to be that the book is physically so big to hold. It's yuge! But yeah, it's big because it has a lot of good content. So... life

"If you try to approach every problem with your moral compass, first and foremost, you're going to make a lot of mistakes. You're going to exclude a lot of possible good solutions. "Lean into discomfort, because I think these seemingly impossible problems that we have around race and homophobia and the environment, and just the lack of love sometimes, are not going to be solved in a comfortable way… So I guess my ass would be more of a big metaphysical ask: give vulnerability a shot. Give discomfort it's due. But I think he or she who is willing to be the most uncomfortable is not only the bravest, but rises the fastest." – Brené Brown

I only read the introduction and never picked back up. I plan to return to the book in the future but not right now.
A "highlights" or "common themes" version of this book would be even better.
Very interesting listen
has given me lot think about and some new ideas.

Yo le llamaría La Gran Enciclopedia de Tim Ferriss. Mejor ir a los episodios del podcast que te interesen, porque esto es un índice (muuuuuy largo) de todos esos episodios del podcast.
Just not my type of book. Yes, there are good ideas but it seemed like an infomercial to me. I might go back and skip around through the chapters but.... maybe not. Drink more tea. Journal. Meditate. Chilly pad. Got it.
I had a few concerns about some of the stuff mentioned in the health sections regarding supplements. Once I got out of the health section I enjoyed the book a bit more. The book did come across as a lot of advertising for friends but I won’t say I didn’t add a few books to the TBR list. 2.5 Stars - I liked some of it.
