"You look like something out of a fairy tale, Cinderella"
‘Does that make you my Prince Charming?’
Ok this book is pure cheddar! But then who doesn't enjoy the odd cheese and pickle baguette.
Yep this book is definitely a cheese ploughmans.
Its a fab midday lunch.... I devoured this book on the beach
Cheese - It has it in the bucket loads...
Pickle - The sour that makes it, though it wouldn't go as well with anything else... 14 years of loving each other apart, but any other time it may not have worked....
The bread - The beast friend and Jean Claude.
The side salad - the Hilarious dating around....
Butter - Daisy
And the Glass of wine - All the exotic creams shoots and pampering she gets being a model....
Yea im going to give it a 4 - 4.5 star on the fact that a hot pink car custom painted takes precedence over a Cambridge education, and the lack of communication between Alec, Paige And Jean Claude... but Maybe that car got her the happy ending!

This was quite a funny little book. She has a meet-cute with a great guy, but their timing was never quite right, even though they kept meeting up and almost getting together. She's a supermodel, he's a photographer, but she's down to earth and a complete klutz. She gets into scrapes and has _interesting_ experiences with the men she dates.
I didn't like it at first but grew to like the story and the characters. Quite funny, although many situations involve nudity of some sort.

Five stars is just not enough for this book, I laughed all the way through it, there is just the right amount of romance and comedy. Once you start this book you won't put it down till the end.
Paige fell for Alec the first time she saw him, but the timing wasn't right for them to be together, this carried on through the years, with Paige having disastrous dates one after another, bumping into Alec on the odd occasions, every time they met the chemistry was still there, but neither of them would admit it.
Paige and her best friend Poppie get up to lots of antics that make you roar with laughter. Keep a box of tissues handy for the tears of laughter.
If this was turned into a film it would by far out sell "Bridget Jones".
Well done Charlotte on the first book of this genre, looking forward to more xx

Started out a bit tedious as the main character at 17 and 18 was shallow and superficial, annoying the hell out of me. She quickly grew up and got less annoying with each chapter. Although I think it was a bit silly that no man seemed to have even the slightest control over his erection around her I was to my surprise I actually ended up liking the book. As other reviewers have said, it does have a very Bridget Jones vibe to it, you just want something to go right for the poor hot mess that she was.
