Reading vlog:

This was such  fun conclusion. I really enjoyed rereading The Kane Chronicles through this graphic novel adaptation.

The illustrations and colours were eye catching and enhanced the reading experience. I wasn't keen on the character designs but I could see past that.

This was such an adventurous and energetic story! I wish there was more in the Kane universe.

If you like Egyptian history, Percy Jackson, and Rick Riordan, read this book. It is a quicker and easier read in comic form, but you still get all the details of the plot.

Of course this was a five star book. The Serpent's Shadow is the best book in one of my absolute favourite middle grade series, I was always going to love the graphic novel adaptation - especially as I've adored the adaptations of both the previous two books in the trilogy. Getting to experience one of my favourite series in a new way with beautiful artwork is a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Just as good as the rest!
I don't want to repeat myself but: This is too good!!! <3
I have loved this third one since I first read it but I can't name the best out of three. One thing I was very very upset about when I read the book was the Walt/Anubis merge. I was honestly yelling like: come on! But now, well it wasn't as annoying as I remembered. I couldn't be happier about the end.

One more thing: Walnubis xD
I couldn't stop laughing!!

Gorgeous Illustrations and of course an amazing story written by none other than the fabulous Uncle Rick himself. Would highly recommend.
