It was a nice listen, but it's not my usual genre.

I surprisingly really enjoyed this book! It’s like if the bachelor and the selection had a baby, except the girl gets the girl and the guy is a toxic entitled brat. Also the drama in this is chefs kiss!

This was super fun. The concept of a dating show where a man gets all of ex's together on an island to pick who he wants to try again with is genuinely hilarious. While this is a romance between two contestants, I will say that the tv show is actually a large part of the plot which is what I wanted, but didn't expect to get. Maya and Skye are a lot of fun as characters and I appreciate that it went enemies, to friends, to lovers. Not just immediately "oh i hate you" "nevermind you're pretty" all in the same breath. Would definitely read this author again, and would definitely hate watch the show if it was real.
