I’m really torn on this one. It felt disconnected throughout, even though the pieces mostly came together in the end. But it kept me interested. Kind of a weird one. (Audiobook)

Most importantly, the dog is fine!

I read this in a few hours while travelling, it is a really fast read, violent, and twists every thriller trope out there. I'll definitely read from this author again.

I didn't expect to enjoy The Last Word as much as I did. Taylor Adams did an excellent job of letting the reader figure things out, while also keeping us guessing. Overall, The Last Word was quick, tense and very funny when it probably shouldn't have been.
