This gets going so quickly I thought maybe it had several stories in one.

High energy, good reveals, and many thriller tropes. Not anything super original but very well done for what it is.

3.5 stars it was pretty fun, and everytime I thought it was over it kept going. Most importantly the dog lives so give it a whirl!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I am a big fan of Taylor Adams' writing style and have really enjoyed reading his other books. Like his other books, this one is full of twists and turns up until the very end. While there were some moments that felt a little predictable, I was still on the edge of my seat.

This book was okay, but I had much higher expectations for it with the reviews and synopsis. I basically predicted every single thing that happened, and at the end it felt like the author (the real one, not the book one lol) was trying to do so much to make the plot crazy and add all these plot twists but it felt like he was trying too hard and it was too much at once. Still good though haha I finished it quickly
