If you read and liked No Exit, please don't expect this to be that, it's not, it lacks the specific intensity of the isolation and the kid etc... That is not to say this wasn't good, it was very good, it's just different. It's definitely twisty, in fact almost too twisty? As we were nearing the end, the twists just kept coming and at first it was a fun sort of whiplash, but I do think it went maybe one or two too far so it lost it's zing if you will. But otherwise, it's a great story, full of interesting characters, and a great setting. I recommend Taylor Adams to anyone looking for something with action, intensity and good character development.
I’m debating giving this 4 stars. It was honestly written so well. I enjoyed this book, truly! The only down fall is I guessed all the plot twists

3.5⭐️ (I wouldn’t dare give this 1 star LMFAO)
this was my second Taylor Adams book, and im now realizing that he just writes very action-driven, adrenaline rush type books with not a lot of character depth and that’s okay!
this one was SUCH a good premise and it had a few good twists in there and kept me interested the whole time, but the way it was written was just confusing for the first like 60%?? and then the ending felt very unbelievable to me even tho i liked it
