I really enjoyed this first volume, it was always really entertaining seeing Natasha do her missions, but it’s getting repetitive (love the artwork tho)
I liked this book better than the Hawkeye one.
I thought the artwork was stunning, and the stories were so well written.
The one thing that Black Widow had that Hawkeye didn't, was that the stories felt connected in some way, and that way was the common theme of "Belonging". Whereas the Hawkeye graphic novel just felt like a lot of short stories that are not really connected at all.
Really enjoyed it, will be continuing to the next book in the series.

Black Widow is my favourite female Marvel character and this just made me love her even more. It was interesting to see a different side of her than what's in the cinematic universe.
Gave it three stars, but it was more like three and a half. I enjoyed this, and I love seeing more of solo Black Widow. It just didn't feel like there was very much substance to this graphic novel. Stuff happened, for sure. But it didn't feel major or important in the long run.
Or maybe I'm just having a bad reading day?

This reminded me of Hawkeye, although not as funny. IA with the other reviewer that Black Widow isn't as kick-ass as I was expecting but I did appreciate the fact that she wasn't over sexualized.
2.5/5 stars.
Meh, this was okay. It was basically all actions scenes and Natasha falling and jumping from high places.

Astonishing art. I wish the story was a bit stronger though. Maybe it will pick up later on in the following volumes.
The art is amazing, the story is compelling, and its Black Widow.
