i really like the drawing style of this. I like the pace and the way the story is told. Makes me really want to know more about her, about her past.

I don't have time for a full review, but I really enjoyed this. It's a easy and yet intriguing read that gives you a thirst for more. And it's black widow... like common... who doesn't like to read about powerful/badass woman ?

There is SO much to love about this volume. First off, Black Widow is a badass, plain and simple, and this story doesn't take away from that at all. It does, however, paint a very realistic picture of her "adventures." She makes mistakes, feels lonely, and struggles with the idea of how difficult it is to balance trust and doubt with people you allow into your life. The artwork is beautiful as well. Definitely a good read.
I wanted to like this more than I did. While the art is stellar, the actual story is a little lacklustre, much like Natasha herself. Introspective, constantly wrongfooted and lacking any wit or humour. It's a somewhat maudlin affair. To rub it in, the highlight of the piece comes as a 2 panel Hawkeye visual gag cameo, forcing unfavourable comparisons to that excellent series. I'm not sure I'm going to keep reading.
Don't murder me, but Nat has never been my favorite. I loved her in TWS but I guess I've just gotten lackluster versions of her in a few of the comics I've read.
I loved her again in this one, though. She's a little melodramatic, a little too "Dark Knight" for my tastes, but I give her that. And she's just cool! She makes mistakes but she's still skilled and capable; she's human but still a badass.

Beautiful artwork accompanies this well-written tale that has the flavor of a cold-war-era espionage thriller. A fun read.
Storyline was okay. Writing was okay. Bad guy was cliché religious wacko. The art felt fuzzy, as if it could have been better clarified. Loved getting to see Maria Hill.
Astonishing art. I wish the story was a bit stronger though. Maybe it will pick up later on in the following volumes.
