I honestly love this book series

I liked big boned a lot, but at times it was too predictable. This seemed generic for a mystery. Maybe because this is the third of three Heather Wells mysteries, I knew what to expect. It seemed to have less of the campy moments of the other two novels.
It was a very quick read. This time Heather's boss gets killed at Death Dorm. She tries not to get involved, but those around her expect her to solve the murder. As usual, she finds herself in a tight place, but she always has friends to watch her back.
I would recommend it, just not as whole heartedly as the other two Heather Wells mysteries by Meg Cabot.

This book was my least favorite of the three Heather Wells books. It was short, and the ending was way too perfect, I wanted a bit more conflict! It just didn't have all these complicated layers that the previous 2 books had, definitely a let-down.

The third book in the Heather Wells Mysteries, and this was yet another great little read to add to the series.

For the first time, I did actually work out the killer well in advance of Heather, so perhaps the mystery wasn’t as well crafted as the others, but I had such a great time reading the book and enjoying the characters that figuring it out early on didn’t particularly bother me.

I did think the events with hot landlord / detective were somewhat abrupt towards the end, but just a little niggle really.

Fun reading, fun characters, and a great time to be had.

I didn't like this one as much as I did the first two in the series but I still enjoyed it. The ending made up for all the not so great parts in the rest of the book. I've been looking forward to this since we first met Heather and her landlord in the first book and I'm happy it finally happened. I'm really looking forward to reading more about Heather and her friends some more.

3.5

all I can say is FINALLY! I've been reading this series of three Heather Wells mysteries to see the obvious couple finally get together (poor motive, I know) and in the 3rd novel, my interest was finally satisfied. The novels were otherwise a little trite and hokey, but a mindless fix nonetheless. My time probably would have been spent better elsewhere...

Such a cute book!
