I seriously read this in two days. I knew something was up and I wanted to know too bad to drag this book out! Loved it! Will definitely read again knowing what I know now and seeing things differently a second time.

my cousin told me that she did not like this book and with me being the easily influenced person that i am, i went into reading this book a bit of a grudge against it. i was pleasantly surprised by this book. i will say this book does have some annoying aspects to it (like the amount of time the word ‘mummy’ was used. this book don’t even based in the uk…. like bro) and it was a solid three until part 5 ‘the truth’. i am a big believer that any book that makes me feel enough emotion the point where i cry, deserves an extra star added to their review. i think there is a second book after this one but i honestly don’t think i will pick it up. i really like this book with how it was and how the story ended, and i don’t feel like it deserves more. maybe i’ll change my mind in the future though!

Not sure why this book gets so much hype? It was a great read but I feel like it was a slog to get to the ending which made it all worth it.

Excellent. Just excellent. So vivid. So easy to get invested in. Although, the twist was predictable it was still VERY satisfying.

Okay, by the middle of the book I got bored of the story and the writing style was a bit wierd but I finished the book AND THE LAST 20 PAGES LITERALLY KILLED ME LIKE WHY. I normally rate most of the books I read with 5 stars but I didnt like the writing style and the story was a bit dragging until of course the end. Which is why I give it 4 stars. But other then that it was a quick decent read.
