Prepare to be surprised, mesmerized and dazzled by Sherlock Holmes ever lasting shrewdness. Being able to solve this case from afar and on the low to bring a criminal to justice red handedly.
I do love how you get to stumble upon mysteries in the dark till finally the final chapter arrives and the light shed on the case on the whole. You can't possibly be in the dark completely if you collect evidences along your reading..

Continuing to read Sherlock Holmes chronologically. Though I read this in high school, like everyone, I'd forgotten most of it. I enjoy Sir ACD's short stories more, but I love them all.

This is one of the better-known Sherlock Holmes mysterie. Funnyy thing is Watson does a lot of the legwork with Holmes staying in London while Watson tries to solve the mystery of the hound.I love Sherlock Holmes. Wished he was in more of the book. But in the end he still solves the mystery as only he can.
Another classic Sherlock Holmes story. I liked that this one gave Watson more responsibility by placing him directly in the action. There were several red herrings but others were extremely predictable. Overall I thought the conclusion was good and it was an entertaining read as usual.
