So happy I gave this new author a try! Great story and character development. Ride didn’t leave me wanting for anything and I can’t wait for the next book in this series! Do yourself a favor and give Dallas a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Esperaba más romance y una relación sólida. Estos vatos no se hablan en toda la novela y de alguna forma están perdidamente enamorados ?????
No pos no.
El epílogo es mi parte favorita de todo el libro. Eso es bueno o malo?

I loved this book so much. There was a lot of push and pull between the characters and you never knew which way it would go. I loved the dramatic issues moments and the hero. I want more.

- I want his POV so I can finally see why he’s being a DICK
- good for her for sticking to her convictions
- ah. Tattoo is for daughter who died?
- ah. His sister :(
- new sport to me and I enjoyed it. I wish we got his POV through out the book instead of just as the end which was nice but a lot of the assholeish things he did throughout would have felt more forgivable if we knew why he did it
- can’t wait to read about JJ

I went into this book already partial to it, because I love any books about winter sports and/or nature and this managed to combine them both. I simultaneously loved and hated the main characters relationship. I understood it, yes they had a lot of crap to work through, but there was something that bothered me beyond the typical “they had issues I could look past”. I will say, this book scored points with the relationships that developed and strengthened between all of the friends - it truly felt like a makeshift family which I’m always a sucker for.

I’m struggling to believe that this was a debut novel and that this book and this author haven’t received the praise and attention it truly deserves. This is a MUST READ!!

This book was everything! Fantastic character development, plotting and pacing. I couldn’t put this book down once I started!!

Chase is the perfect broken hero. He’s angry, sad and keeps to himself but beneath all of the gruffness is a heart of gold. I loved him.

Brooke is brave, smart and almost as guarded as Chase . Their chemistry was palpable and I couldn’t wait for the tension to break.

I’m trying to find more from this author but it seems like her online presence is slowly fading and I’m incredibly sad about because I really want, no NEED J.J.’s book!!
