Sweet Honey is written by Cathy Cassidy and is the last book in the Chocolate box Girls.

Honey is perfect. Well not really. So that's why she is moving to Australia to her dad to make a fresh new start. When her new school in Australia gets the better of her, she just can't help it when it comes to trouble, so now when she meets a boy, all things doesn't seem to be lost. What will happen to her? will she survive her new school and the internet?

This book portrays so many things in life such as Cyberbullying, Family problems, romance, drugs use, and etcetera. This is a lovely book. There wasn't anything really bad in the book. I loved all the romantic scenes and I think that this book is the perfect ending to the series. I would rate this book five out of five. I recommend this book to all teens who love a good romantic book.

I loved this book and I would totally recommend this book to you guys. But read the first book called Cherry Crush first! Hope you guys will also enjoy this book like how I did!

[exactly 3 stars]
Honey was a decent character, though there was no 'arc' really - not in this book alone (I read it without reading the rest of the series, but I imagine it's pretty much the same experience) - since she just kind of says "I'm going to change" before changing instantly.

A hopeful message, though I feel the book as a whole ends quite abruptly. Everything I needed to hear right now, somehow, even though I'm no longer 11 years old.

Words alone can not express how i feel for this book. I myself can relate the most with Skye: we have similar personalities, only she's way much more cooler! But the plot in Sweet Honey hits too close to home.

Used to think your father is the coolest person who's done nothing wrong? Yeah, sure. Was daddy's little princess once upon a time? Count me in. He left to leave on the other side of the world and build new family? Mine too but he still live in the same country for my case. Found out in a hard way that the perfect man i thought i knew is, was, and has been a cheater since day one of marriage? Another check. I even shed a tear or two at some point because i can clearly understand what honey feels at that moment.

But somehow all of that doesn't matter because like Honey, i also have the most wonderful mum in the world. Like Charlotte, she's trying so hard so we can still be happy despite of everything. Charlotte Tanberry and my mum are the re definition of Wonder Woman, and god forbid there are lots of women out there who's like them: have a plate full of lemon yet they can still be strong and survive they even manage to turn the lemon into sweet lemonade

Hence why Sweet Honey is my most favourite book from the chocolate box girls series. Reading this book gave me sense of belonging. Yes, Skye and Honey might be a fictional character, but on them i could find a friend that i need, a friend that teach me how valuable life is even if you think yours is falling apart.

I'm not sure you're gonna read this, but I want to thank you from the deepest of my heart, Ms Cathy Cassidy, for writing dozens of books, especially the chocolate box girls series, and especially Marshmallow Skye and Sweet Honey. They helped me cope, i can't even count how much i reread Marshmallow Skye because i love it SO much.

Probably my favourite in the series, we follow Honey after the events of ‘Coco Caramel’ as she moves to Australia to live with her Dad. A fresh start. But can she run away from her past?

Really enjoyed the setting of Australia. Although I love Somerset, it was nice to have a change of scenery.

Honey is probably my favourite character in this series. I feel like she’s the most complex character and she really grew up and learnt her lesson in this book. It was a ‘boy who cried wolf’ situation where Honey realises that despite turning over a new leaf, her past actions have consequences and you have to really prove that you’ve changed. It also took living with her Dad to see that he’s not the hero of the story and that he actually did some pretty terrible things.
Also loved Ash, not much to say about him, he’s just a really nice guy and sees past Honey’s many facades.

This was also definitely the most interesting plot out of all the books so far. There was a sweet little romance, family drama, and cyber bullying which were all great plots. I felt this book conveyed a clear message to young readers that whilst the Internet can be a wonderful place, you have to use it wisely and carefully.

Overall, my favourite in this series. I still couldn’t give it more than 3 stars as I don’t think it’s that original or special. But it did have a good message and the target audience would probably love it.

I liked this book, I liked how honey is not keeping everything that happened to herself and actually getting help when she needs it.

I believe the last book of a series needs to be the best. sweet honey lived up to that expectation. though in my eyes it wasn't the best, it was certainly a close second

I didn't expect to be so addicted to this book! Although it is kind of considered a child's book, after reading the rest of the series i felt i had to finish it! We finally see the story fromHoney's POV understnading the way in which her dad's departure affected the rest of her life. She moves to Australia to live with him but soon discovers that he isn't so perfect after all and that perhaps the others may have been right about him all along, she makes some unexpected friends but also some unexpected enemies. Not long after her arrival in Australia, Honey begins to recieve threatening messages and someone in cyberspace uses their power to isolate Honey from the ones she loves and causes her to slip back into her old ways. She learns the value of family and friendship and also the dangers of expressing herself online.
