This book starts with a promise of rom com. I dived into it. I need some comedy on my weekend. The rom com is about 40% of this book. Then in the middle, it drags on and on. I even managed to not like Fiona during the middle of the story.her attitude towards Chris is annoying.

While Chris tries his best to accomodate to Fiona's childish behaviour in the middle of the book, he manages to grow on me. He is sweet, protective hero. I think in the middle the story needs some plot/ twist.

The chemistry between Fiona and Chris were good and cute at the beginning, then it becomes boring. Flat at the end.

Despite the dragging and cold chemistry at the end, I still think this book is fun. It is OK read.

This book! You absolutely can not read this book without laughing. And I'm not talking about a chuckle here and there - nope, I'm talking laugh out loud at things funny enough that you'll think about them later and laugh again. That's not to say that it doesn't have it's more serious moments. In fact, one such very serious topic is touched on, and Julia Kent handled it terrifically while still managing to get in some well-timed wit. The romance between Fiona and Fletch is a combination of fun and swoon-worthy, and these two have terrific chemistry. I always love the rapid-fire wit and hilarious situations in this author's books, and there's no shortage of those here, so this is another fantastically fun read to add to the growing collection of fun reads by Julia Kent.

I was prepared to laugh my butt off as I did with the others in this series as soon as I’d read the excerpt. I’ve always loved Feisty’s character in the story, but I see that Perky is really the one who totally cracks me up and connects all the characters in such a hilarious way. That said, Feisty, or Fiona as she prefers to be called, still had a very sweet and perfect romance in this book. It was impossible not to love Chris, or Fletch, as he was often called.

Once again the author brought all the awesome banter that makes me love her characters and stories. And not only that, but there was the part where they were staying in a cabin and they had to make a urine perimeter to keep the bears away. Gah, I’m still giggling about that! Another thing I love is how perfectly the author can write such hilarious double entendres into the banter between not only the main characters, but even the side characters and the best friends themselves.

Lots of laughing again, a very quick read, and a bit of a surprise at the end with learning of a fourth book in this series to come!

Super cute, but not a lot of conflict. I kept waiting for there to be something that happened to break them apart again or something. But surprise, this was just a simple reconnect and fall in love story. Fiona is a really into auras and energy which got to be a little much, but overall, this is a cute story and I enjoyed the heck out of the audio version.

The first chapter of this book had me. I knew it was going to be a bumpy ride right out of the gate. Julia Kent pulled out all the stops for Feisty's book and it may be my favorite one yet in the series. Fiona was always the most free of all the heroines in her little circle. She radiated uniqueness and confidence. She was a powerful force. And all of those qualities came pouring out of her in a moment of true fight or flight.

I won't call it a second-chance story line because the H and h never even really got started. More of a enemies-ish to lovers, considering the main characters were just kids when their feud started. But even after all these years, something kept them tethered together. Something kept them wondering.

Chris was the most swoon worthy hero. He had an incredibly rewarding job. He was following his dreams. He owned a gym and had the body of a greek God. He put family above all else. What was there NOT to love about him?

This book was certainly quirky and different. Feisty's focus on her spirituality made for a unique story line, full of information I'd never thought I'd learn in a rom-com. At times it took a lot of focus to follow along, but overall it was insightful and refreshing to read something so eccentric.

The HEA won me over big time. I loved Chris' persistence and patience. I loved Fiona's ability to remain true to herself. This book was a solid 4/5 stars for me. And that ending!?!?! I cannot wait for Hasty's story because I am so ready for someone to knock her down a peg or two!

Feisty is everything I want and more! It’s the perfect balance of what makes a love story epic. A hilarious second chance romance that will leave you crying one minute and laughing the next, Julia Kent has truly outdone herself with Feisty!

Chris “Fletch” Fletcher and Fiona “Feisty” Gaskill have known each other for years but reunite in a truly unlikely fashion. When Chris decides to finally make the move and pursue the woman he just can’t get enough of, Fiona has a battle of wills on hand. But when life throws situations at them, they work through it together and realize that sometimes you need a partner to navigate life with.

I enjoyed this wonderfully hilarious yet unexpected story. I highly recommend it!

Bored with the rest of it
