Boring. The characters were incredibly one dimensional. The world-building felt very half assed, they excused the lack of world-building on Callie not having any knowledge. Callie and Bodey just talked about being in love (after barely interacting) but there was no depth to their connection.

This book grabbed me from the first paragraph. I could not put it down and read through it in one sitting. I've never ordered a book two in a series faster. Shape shifters, attitude, strong females, wolves and romance, what's not to love!

A very classic wolf shifter romance with mates and witches. Twists weren't that twisty and angst not that angsty but just fine if you're looking for run of the mill KU wolf romance.
