Only Ever You

This book is an amazing emotional roller-coaster.
Like always the writing is absolutely perfect.
The plot is addicting and intriguing.
The romance is painful and beautiful with some steam.
The most interesting point is with the characters. Zeta is a beautiful character in and out, strong and endearing she is the pillar of support . I loved her from the start to finish.
Siobhan brilliantly knew how to immerse us into Ryder’s personal hell. He is a complex MMC character but loved and feels deeply. I loved him , his story is traumatizing and his emotions are conveyed so strongly that you witness his internal struggle.
It’s painful, emotional and agonizing. I highly recommend it.

Still Falling for You used to be called Only Ever You. This book is told from duet narration by Ryder and Zeta. Ryder and Zeta meet when they are both sent to Juvie.

While in Juvie they became friends and had feelings for each other. There are some bad seeds in Juvie and things keep happening to Zeta. Ryder tries to stay away from her so they won't keep happening. Ryder finds out secrets about Zeta and promises to help her when he gets out of Juvie.

When Zeta gets out something happens that tears them apart. Eight years later Zeta gets a journaling gig and one of her clients is Ryder's band. Ryder will do anything to get Zeta to be with him, including buying the company she works for. As she is writing about his band, their feelings start to redevelop.

We learn the secrets he had to hide to keep her safe and is still doing. Can they get through all the struggles and get their happily ever after? Will their secrets tear each other apart or will they come out stronger in the end? I really liked getting to know these characters. I listened to this audiobook in a day. I couldn’t put it down.

Ryder & Zeta met under circumstances no child should have to face. You feel their connection pouring out of this book! I won’t lie you will likely need tissues and maybe wine. If you drink… lol

There were so many side characters I loved! I loved Luc. These kids will rip your heart out. I loved Powell!!! She was such a great character! She cared, and you hope any kid in that situation has someone like her. Louise!!! I love her! Believe when I say Ms. Louise needs a book… or maybe a book boyfriend…

This story takes you on some serious twists and turns along with some steam to enjoy. Zeta (FMC) is sent to juvie for a crime she didn’t commit. She had been screwed by the system that was built to protect her. Ryder (MMC) finds a likeness in her and a fast friendship is formed. When Ryder gets out of the juvenile center and Zeta stays in, they promiseto always be there. Two weeks later Zeta is released, but Ryder is nowhere to be found. Eight years pass and fate has them stumbling into each other's path again. But with so much time, and hurt from past disappointments can they rekindle what they had. I truly enjoyed this story and recommend it, the audiobook really brought the story to life with the emotions expressed. TW/18+ 4.25/stars

Ryder Stone and Zeta Williams's story will take you on an intense journey. It will take your mind to places that will have you seeing things in different perspectives and feel one with the characters. How they met all started in a least likely of places; however, their connection and relationship took them on a deeper level they least expected.

From the start that prologue alone will have you aching and wondering how this story will go. They both have a past that they have a challenging time with and because of it they feel they are not worthy of many things. The want and need for more always gets block by the demons they cannot let go of. Just when you think Ryder and Zeta is headed to a direction for more we are left with a moment that would change everything.

Fate drove us apart, and now, it's bringing us back together. Stop fighting the inevitable.

Cue in years later and their paths cross once again. They are living separate lives and grown into their own. Their reunion is anything but easy and their were things that were said and done that still needed to be addressed. Each reveal will have your jaw dropping and the feels coming out. Torn on whether to be forgiven and/or try again is something that could be a blessing or a means to an end. Author Siobhan Davis does it again! Get ready for a ride of emotions that will have you breaking.

This was once again a phenomenal book written by Siobhan Davis. I loved the characters and their growth throughout the book. They deal with real life problems that many individuals face. I love when authors shine light on strong and societal taboo subjects. Siobhan always does an amazing job of doing just that. The feelings that this story bring out in me are ones I do not feel often. Ryder and Zeta are end game and I absolutely love the twist to a second chance at love.

Another Great Work by Siobhan Davis

Siobhan Davis has become my favorite author. After reading several of her books, this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Just like her other books (such as the All of Me Duet, Inseparable, and When Forever Changes) this one will leave you happy, but it will take a lot of tears to get there.

I can tell you that you should pay special attention to her warning at the beginning. I don’t have any triggers. I’m also a psychologist, so I could appreciate many of the trauma-related storylines in this book. However, in this note at the beginning of the book, she gives a special warning about the prologue. Despite having no triggers, the prologue was extremely difficult for me to read. It was painful. Extremely painful. I appreciate any author that can make me feel those types of emotions - it means the author has done her/his job well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was a work of fiction.

Overall, I was not disappointed in this book. Ryder’s and Zeta’s journey will move you.

Still Falling For You is a second chance romance, stand-alone book by Siobhan Davis.
