This was the first thriller I picked up after a long reading slump, and it was a solid choice.
The story was fast paced, easy to get into, and kept me entertained throughout. It felt like one of those movies you watch after a long day: not too heavy, but just engaging enough to keep you hooked. While it did not go too deep, it had enough intrigue to keep my interest. The twist was well done, and the unexpected direction of the story pulled me in enough to read the entire installment.

confesso que não gosto de vir falar mal das minhas leituras por aqui, mas me sinto obrigada a escrever pra avisar: não perca seu tempo lendo. a leitura é fácil (me ajudou a ler em um momento que eu não estava conseguindo ler) e só por isso dou duas estrelas. enredo fraquíssimo, juro, se quiser ler um bom thriller é melhor ler algo da agatha christie.
