This was so good, I literally went through the 5 stages of grief for the last third of the book. Only criticism is I wish the characters, especially victor and eli, were a bit more fleshed out and there was more of a valid reason behind eli’s intentions. I love victor so much i can only imagine if there was more to his character how i’d feel

despite taking almost 2 years to finish this book it was actually a pretty fun read. excellent book to read right after watching challengers

I absolutely loved this. Schwab is so talented and creative, it’s astounding. I was hooked throughout the entire book and loved how the narrator and timelines changed so interestingly. I peeked at the one star reviews to see how anyone could have anything bad to say and disagreed so whole heartedly with each one.
The first chapter had me hooked, I loved the concept and the debate between morality and mortality. I loved getting an inside view on each character through the way they thought about their actions and/or other character’s perspectives of them (very creative as opposed to just being handed the character descriptions)

Toller Schreibstil der Lust auf mehr macht.
Die parallelen Zeitschienen waren gut inszeniert so dass man die Geschichte Stück für Stück versteht aber die Spannung erhalten bleibt.
Die Freundschaft zwischen Vic, Sydney und Mitch faszinierend und zeigt dass man im Team alles erreichen kann.
Mir hat es auch sehr gut gefallen das die Kapitel kurz waren, das war sehr angenehm zum Lesen.
