The last time I read this portion of "Lore" was as it was coming out on WebToon, so it was fun to revisit it in a print format! I'm such a sucker for the dynamic Hades and Persephone have here and honestly I'd keep reading just for that aspect alone. There are a few things that seem a bit cringe/dated (like Persephone being called a "cinnamon bun") but lowkey it's also cute, sooooo... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 I loved this. So much. Persephone deserves everything amazing in the world. I loved Hades, too. He was just- 🥹. THE FUR COAT?? BANGS HAND ON TABLE I absolutely loved this. I’ve only read one graphic novel before this, and I’ll definitely be reading more. This was amazing, and I highly recommend it. 5/5 stars, and I’d definitely read it again.

I’ve been reading this series online and it’s definitely not for Critical Thinkers, people who care for mythology or for anyone who cares for romance. The romance and anything important is heavily sped through while any filler is dragged out making the pacing weird. Then there is a disclaimer somewhere explaining that Lore Olympus won’t be accurate which isn’t bad but it gets ignored.

The art style of this graphic novel is to die for. This also made me laugh out loud a couple times and also cringe really hard about all the men who assumed their entitlement over these women.
