I really enjoyed this book! Who could resist the appeal of the stories of Marley and his random missteps. Sometimes the "World's Worst Dog" can be the most charming and loveable dog of all. I definitely laughed and cried throughout the book... even in the middle of the airport! I suggest this book for any dog lovers OR animal lovers out there! You will come to love Marley and wish for a dog just like him! :)
It makes you laugh, it makes you cry and it makes you want to have a dog to share your life with.. :)

What a touching, funny, enjoyable book. Everything Grogan describes Marley as, is what I've known every Lab to be! Haha. My boyfriend had a black lab, and he was sneaky, destructive, loyal, and stubborn as a rock. Every characteristic of Marley's is one I saw in that dog. A really heart-warming book...to read about the growth of his family and their triumphs and downfalls. But if you've ever loved a dog, you relive that greatness while reading this book. Everyone should check it out!
This book had me in stitches a lot and crying part of the time. A fun read about the escapades of writer John Grogan's furniture-eating, necklace-swallowing, crazy-but lovable yellow lab.
Charming, sad, and expertly read. The dog on the cover is angelic -- How could he be so destructive? Cat people can read this and be smug. Warning: Frequently, I find myself inwardly shrieking, TMI! TMI!, especially in Grogan's early chapters on his & his wife efforts to become parents.
