To say I'm pissed would be an understatement. I found the entire spin off to be ridiculous, but I kept going out of sheer commitment. I'm sorry, but the ending is just a huge cop out. If you wanted to write a book about simulations, you could have done a separate series on that alone. Huge eyeroll.

Long time reader of this series. I would give the OG series 5 stars any day. This follow up is okay… I would say it kinda went off the rails but generally enjoyable. This ending though… ya idk how I feel about it but at least it wasn’t “all a dream”…
