Absolutely loved the movie, PS I Love You. Finally read the book last month so I could read the Postscript. Great story, emotional, sweet and so meaningful.

Lo iba leyendo con lo propuesto por la película en mente, pero son bien distintos. Es una historia muy conmovedora. Quizás y hasta leo los demás libros de la "serie", dan ganas de saber cómo va cambiando Holly.
A tear jerker
What a beautiful book, a universal tale of grief, something we will all encounter at some point in our lives. I didn’t read PS I love you, but I still remember the impact it had on me as I left the cinema. Here we hear again from Holly, on the cusp of moving on, but reminded again of Gerry by new circumstances. Ciara, Holly’s sister persuades her to recount her story, to talk about Gerry’s letters on a podcast, this changes everything. People are looking to Holly as a beacon of knowledge and hope they will provide her with advice on how they can leave their own letters to loved ones they are leaving behind.
This is a tearjerker of a book, profoundly human, somehow escapist as we delve into the lives of others and their troubles we some how escape our own. Ahern has quietly and carefully observed life and finds a way to weave a tale of hope from the most trying of circumstances. I couldn’t put this down.

“There’s always one more. But this is the last.” This quote from the book just took my breath away....
The much awaited sequel of PS I Love You finally came out after almost 15 yrs and like every PS fan I was also looking forward to it.
Its been 6 yrs since Holly read the final letter from her dead husband Gerry, urging her to find the courage to forge a new life. Bunch of people inspired by Gerry’s letters form a PS I Love You Club and approach Holly for help. Holly is a little taken aback and is unsure whether to be a part of it or not. Reluctantly she begins a relationship with club and helps them leave something meaningful for their loved ones.
I know I m going to be in the minority group with an unpopular opinion but this one wasn't for me. Maybe because of PS I love you, the expectations were really high but sadly I feel this was the most pointless sequel. The plot was monotonous and very predictive and I couldn't connect with any of the characters in-spite of the touching moments in the story. It was full of grief and left me downhearted.

This must be very, but I actually liked the sequel more than the first book. The writing is very much mature then the first book of the series. This one had none of the bizarre incidents and random emotions of the first book. Rather, the characters have all grown up perfectly and the author has actually managed to introduce some pretty remarkable side characters.
Although I don’t actually agree with the ending, I am sure this is a much better book then it’s prequel.
