This sequel to PS, I Love You, is such a sweet story, and I loved every minute of it. I laughed often, but mostly cried through this book so I don't recommend reading it at work like I did haha. I really enjoyed the growth of all of the characters, especially Holly, and all of the other main players. I listened to the audiobook and loved the narrator and got through it so fast I nearly started it again. If you're looking for a quick and tender story, I 10/10 recommend this one.

Thank you Grand Central Publishing for the lovely, gifted copy.

I really enjoyed PS I love you so it was a must I also read this book, it was beautifully written and very emotional just as I expected it to be. Love, loss and everything in between this book had it all. Highly recommend.

The book 'Postscript' is a sequel to the hugely successful 'P.S. I love you' by Cecelia Ahern. Within the opening pages, the author provides a brief but suitable introduction to the previous book - Holly's story- ensuring that you do not need to have read the original book.

As with many of Ahern's books, the reader is introduced to the heart of the story without much preamble of delay. Once again, the themes of grief, pain are the focus point but our protagonist has grown in the intervening years. She is now discussing her pain and grief on her sisters podcast and as a result, is contacted by a group calling themselves, "IS I love you" - a self-help group for people dealing with grief. Holly soon realised that becoming involved with this grouo, may not be the step forward that she had hoped.

Although beautifully written, the moments of humour from the first novel are sadly lacking this time around and the tender, amusing moments with her family are also absent. I feel that this impacts negatively on the story as I loved the original so kuch. However, if you are a newcomer to the shot of Holly, then this is a mute point. Either way, well worth a read.

I was provided a copy of this book in return for a honest review.

Such a heartwarming and emotional story.

When I first started this, I was a bit disappointed as it was nothing like the format of PS I Love You and some of the characters annoyed me.

However, as I went through I appreciated that it wasn’t a carbon copy of the first as I realised then it would of been a boring a predictable read. I really enjoyed seeing how relationships grew and how the characters developed themselves. Had me smiling so much near the end and in my feelings.

I love this duology and will recommend it to everyone

What a fantastic sequel to PS I Love You. We meet up again with Holly and this time it has been seven years since Gerry passed away. I enjoyed getting a look into her life and where she’s ended up.
Beautifully written and I found myself teary multiple times throughout.

This book is heartbreaking and heartwarming in equal measures. An emotional rollercoaster from start to finish, but I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I LOVE THE BOOK!!

Ahern continues to amaze us with her compassionate writing on the theme of loss and grief. Through Holly, she portrays the process of moving on from a great loss and eventually finds the courage to help people do the same. Although everyone else in her life thinks that she should not get surrounded with so much death but Holly understands these people from the PS I Love You club and she knows that she's the best person to help them. The courage she mustered is very inspiring and beautiful to read.
