This book was ok. I saw it on a few "best of" lists and I definitely didn't think it lived up to that... the pictures were really cute and the little stories were ok but nothing super stellar about it.

The charming illustrations and inclusion of "Really Fun Facts" make this a great selection for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade readers.
