Glover starts the book by defining a 'Nice Guy' and how flawed he is. He argues that putting himself first is something that is not only better for a 'Nice Guy' but also for the people around him. This point is pushed to the reader time and again which makes the book drag. After finishing the book, I felt the same content could be expressed a lot more concisely.
Definitely a hard read and may strike a cord for some of you. Recommended reading for men in the 21st century.
All about putting your needs first and others second. This may sound harsh but reading the book shows how this is important. This is the #1 book required for people who use niceness to exploit people.

Robert calls them Nice Guys. He gives the tools to break free from the Nice Guy syndrome. These guys seems to have problems with love and even sex.
