Great book. especially if you have read the first 2 books. Need the first book and Captivate the 2nd. They are good books.

1. Nobody deserves Astley.

2. Fucking Zara.

3. Can someone give Zara's mother the douchbag Nobel prize pls.

4. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT NICK?

5. Also, please, can someone slap Zara?

6. At least, this book was way better.

7. But I feel the story sidetracked.

This series is good, but a little ammature for me to read. It was good though. I like the story. Getting into the Norse gods though is a little off topic.

By far the best in the series! The silliness of Zara is still there, but toned down as she starts maturing more and more through all sorts of trips around the world, wounds, losses, and, of course, the eternal quest to save Nick from Valhalla...

I like Jones's story, but her dialogue is juvenile. There were several times in the book that she mentions Zara "pulling in her lips toward her teeth." First, that is an odd image, though I do know what she means. After the 3rd, 4th, 5th time she uses this to describe what Zara is doing, I was thinking why couldn't she find something else to say.
There were also times that Zara sounds like a complete idiot. I know she's in high school, but it reads like someone impersonating a high schooler than a real high school student's voice.
That being said, I love Astley and the adventures he and Zara go on in this book. It's a quick, easy, and fun read, and I am excited to read the next book.

Team Astley all the way baby!

So. In this segment, we have seriously evil pixies, Valhalla, corruption, deceit, missing teenagers, etc. Makes for an awesome mix! Especially Valhalla-one can never get enough of Norse Mythology imo.

And as a surprise, I was expecting this to be a trilogy. And guess what? IT ISN'T!!! yay!

Ok, first of all, i ADORE these covers! They're just so gorgeous and enticing... (heehee)
I really loved this books, but HATED the ending, especially since i thought it was going to bet the last one! I think its ok now.
Astley is amazing as usual, and Nick... well i still hate him.

Anyway, this was a great third novel that a lot of people will love and enjoy. Zara is getting closer to Astley, though she still loves Nick. But who is right for her? It really is hard, both are great guys...
Guess we'll have to wait for the fourth one!

Oh man... i want it now! giv me giv me giv me! Ahhhh!

(sorry, just had to get that out)

So, i highly suggest reading this wonderful series if you haven't started already!
