Jesus christ this was bad.

Are we supposed to actually like anyone in this book? The main character is absolutely insufferable with her brooding, jealousy, and cattiness. Definitely reeked of Not Like Other Girls™ and that's pathetic. Zero reason or explanation for the hostility between the main character and the bride-to-be except flimsy unoriginal "girls don't get along" tropes. Lame.

The author tried way too hard with every. single. sentence. Like she had a word of the day calendar and at the end of the year decided to use them all at once.

There is NO point to this book. I don't want to say any book is awful so I'll just say that the cover art is pretty awesome but this was a pain in the butt to get through. I have never eyerolled so much.
