So this just won the Newbery and I’m kind of…meh. It’s very good, but not sure it’s Newbery good.  It’s not even my favorite of Entrada Kelly’s. And there’s an anachronism with DVDs and how widespread they were in 1999 that bothered me.

Rounding up a bit, just because I wish that there has been a little more resolution to Michael's Y2K fears. A very sweet sci-fi story. Also, how is it possible that my own lifetime is historical fiction?
