Kid lit - Erin Entrada Kelly never disappoints. This book serves as a good reminder to always try to be better the next day. Michael represents all us who are worried about the future and need to remember the first state of being.

I really enjoy Erin Entrada Kelly's books. Although I didn't expect this one to involve actual time travel, it still had everything I've come to expect from her work--vivid characters, poignant observations, and great writing.

This is a character study that moves quickly but leaves some of the most important action off-stage. It would spark solid classroom conversations about its themes but I’m not able to evaluate whether there’s enough action to keep young readers engaged.

Erin Entrada Kelly thrives on writing strong characters in slice-of-life tales and she's so good at it she can write about whatever she wants.
This is her first adventure into science fiction and her writing remains as strong as ever.

I was nervous to see Erin Entrada Kelly diving into something sooooo heavily science-fiction, but this worked on so many different levels. I remember the panic surrounding Y2K so this was fun to read!

I have come to a decision that should have been obvious to me all along. I really enjoy science-fiction books. I am really excited to recommend this book to students. I love how it all wrapped up.
