This really is a big book about kombucha.
I found it very wordy and found the lay out difficult to browse though.
There are some good recipes in here including many ideas for using kombucha in mocktails, cocktails, cooking, etc.
I think there is too much information here for beginning kombucha brewers and too much repetition for anyone with experience.

A fantastic resource on kombucha! The health benefits, the science, the history, troubleshooting, how-to, and tons of recipes.
If you're thinking of making kombucha then this is the perfect book to start with.

This is a great guide to the 'booch! Very through but with lots of sidebars and breakout sections for varied reading. The recipe chapter is divine--the variety and ease of the recipes make it almost worth purchasing this spendy, hefty tome. My first batch of flavored kombucha (blood orange, ginger, cloves) was so easy and good. My kombucha-loving 9 year old is reading this now.
Great book for anyone who wants to start brewing kombucha. It’s a complete guide with so many really good tips and recipe ideas.
I borrowed it from my library and loved it so much I bought myself a copy. Easy step by step guide to making kombucha, excellent tips, and recipies as well. Highly recommend.
I found the sections on troubleshooting, SCOBY growth, and seasoning ideas really helpful - especially the pictures, since even a healthy SCOBY is pretty strange looking. Some of the claims about health benefits seemed a little far fetched and I don't think I'm about to start making SCOBY change purses or earrings. Still, a great book for people who want to get into making kombucha.

I checked this out of the library first to see if it's something I'm likely to refer to regularly and the answer is yes! Will definitely buy the book!
