4.5 ⭐️ I really liked the FMC and I am very glad she didn’t act like she didn’t realize she was attractive and owned her strengths and flaws. The jealousy trope is ALL OVER this book (and i am assuming series) so if that ain’t your thing this won’t be your book. This only got dinged 1/2 star because i felt the meeting between Cole and Danni was TOO CHEESY. Can’t wait for the next books!

A slow hand and a fast ride

Well buckle up this is an emotional tale of an unbreakable bond ripped apart by grief and loss.

Danni is struggling to get back on the horse after the the loss of her finance when a powerhouse walks into her life and rearranges everything she believes in.

Trace wants her body but he is fighting his feelings and keeps pushing Danni away.

These two have great chemistry and dealing with moving on from a loved one is always going to be difficult.

I had an idea of where this ending was going and it didn’t disappoint.

This is a single point of view book so really hoping we get some of Trace’s thoughts in the next one.

Love triangles are hard for me to read, so I rarely seek them out. But yeah, this is Pam Godwin we're talking about here. I'll literally read anything by her, and I've also been putting this off for too long. So I figured it's about time that I read it.

I know who the heroine will end up with since I've read some spoilers. She's in the best and worst position there is, but if I were her? I'd choose both.

I liked this book. Will read the second one soon.

I am SHOOK!

I did NOT see the cliff hanger coming!

This book is everything I’ve wanted in a book, and I’m sad that it took me so long to dig in!

What a refreshing, brand new idea for a book!

I won’t leave a long review here, but this book was a really great start to the series! That cliffhanger though!
