I don't even have coherent thoughts. So, so, SO good! I'm sad it's over but mothercustard, it was a hell of a ride.

Like the rest of the series, this book took me on a wild ride. It was a much more emotional book, especially a few scenes at the end, but still managed the humor that marks this series. It’s been a few years since this series ended but maybe the authors will come back to do some spin offs, because I think the world really has a multitude of stories to tell.

I don't know what's wrong with me! But I can't get myself to keep going. Especially knowing I'm only halfway through and it was so hard to get to this point. It's so strange, I was so obsessed with the first book (5 stars!) but now I'm completely uninterested in the story. I think it's because the characters worked so well for me as a cast, but now that they're by themselves, each person feels very shallow. So far we follow 3 distinct storylines and I don't care about any of them! Especially Tyler's. (I've grown to really hate Tyler lolol ENOUGH WITH HIS DIMPLES!)
When deciding to dnf or to not dnf, I thought, will I be ok never knowing how this story ends? And yes, I will be. I have no questions that need to be answered, no plot lines I want to see wrapped up, no conflicts I need resolutions for. I'm content leaving the first book as it's own thing in my universe.

not as good as the first two. The plot was really crazy and some parts were pretty cringy. I hate how like the moral of the story is love... genuinly threw up a bit when I had to read thta word over and over. The last like 150 pages were good but the rest was eh

Trama geniale, personaggi eroici, commovente fino alle lacrime (erano secoli che non piangevo così tanto durante la lettura di un libro!), una conclusione stupenda per una bellissima saga.
***
Brilliant plot, heroic characters, moving to tears (I haven't cried so much while reading a book for centuries!). A wonderful conclusion to a very very beautiful saga.

3.5 stars

This was fun, as always, but just fell a little flat. It just didn’t reach the mark of an epic finale, but I also don’t really know what was missing.

The characters were great, the battles and tension were there, although maybe a little less epic than I’d hoped.

The writing was cheesy and cringe at times, but I had gotten used to this just being the way of the series.

It was a very enjoyable space trilogy that I love, and i'm sad it's over, but I just wish the last book had that oomf that was missing.

I don’t knowwwwww

Sacrifice, time paradox, friendship, time travel, and so much more come to a head in the finale of this epic space adventure. Our squad is separated, literally by time and space. The story flows through 3 separate storylines, Tyler in his journey with Saedii and getting back to his crew, Auri and Kal fighting Kal’s father and landing in the future, and Zila, Scarlett, and Fin ending up in a time loop in the past..... three separate times, yet all interwoven in this story. BOY OH BOY WHERE TO BEGIN?! I wasn’t expecting the time loop, future and past jumps to all work so well and not get lost (or as lost as you’d get while watching Tenet) but it works! The story all connects and our crew is put through the wringer. The story keeps you on the edge of your seat because you don’t know who will actually make it out alive in the end and as the stakes keep rising and time runs out.... will the galaxy even be able to survive? I have to say this was a thrill of a series and the this finale was well done. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each of these characters, getting to love them and their relationships with one another, and seeing the bonds they have with one another grow with each trial. Auri went from being a lost girl out of time to being tasked with sacrificing everything in order to save the world.... but even then it might not be enough and she has to struggle with trying to find a way to save the world and keep her loved ones safe. Kal has to face his father, his family, and ultimately how he will be able to go on if Auri leaves. Tyler is stuck between trying to get back to his friends, to his sister.... while also facing the girl he failed. Scarlett is starting to see that maybe she finally has found someone that will last, if only they could get out of this dreaded time loop. Fin is finally seeing that maybe he is worth something, that maybe he has found his place. Zila has to find a way to get her friends out of the time loop while trying to solve the paradox and problems that they are facing... and the decision that awaits her that will change her future. Our squad is put through the last test, and ultimately they’ll have to have faith and burn brighter than they ever have before to make it out alive.
