4.5 stars. I felt a slight disconnect to Nova. I connected to him as Jonathan at 17 and the first have of the book is absolutely five stars, I just wish Nova hadn’t felt that way about him self and felt the need to push Lila away. Still a good read and loving the series. Straight onto Priest &Bea’s story now.

This book is my favourite in the series so far, which actually surprises me as going into it I wasn't expecting it to be at all!!

Lila and Nova's relationship is something else!!

Growing up Nova was her protector, her person, and she developed unrequited feelings for him! She tried to move on with her life only to get sucked back into his orbit!

Omg these two are 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!

I loved every second of this book and I cannot wait to read the next one!

Soooo I just wrote a super long review (for me) about how much I adored this book, this series, Nova and Lila and Gianna’s writing in general but Good reads deletes it for some reason so I’ll give a more condensed version now:

This series has been a gift to me this year, I have devoured them them all in a very short space of time. I am not an eloquent writer but these romances are written in a way, and have something special that I wish more romances have. There is something about them that are so raw and beautiful that I am still thinking about each one, even after months and months and reading many books after them.

They are gorgeous and this one was perfection. Nova is getting scarily close to the love I have for Zeus, something I thought I’d never say!

This was my absolute favorite book in the series and that’s saying a lot because I love King and Zeus’s stories so much!! Utterly obsessed with Nova and Li, won’t get over this book for a long, long time!
