Being an absolute fan of BTS I, obviously, loved this book. To a seasoned fan, much of the content will be familiar, from their start in a small, tight-for-cash company to the rise to unprecedented stardom in the Korean and Worldwide markets, not only as a K-pop group but as a symbol of the struggles of youth and then of adulthood. Countless awards, sold out tours in enormous stadiums, speeches in the UN and visits to the White House later, BTS continues to be one of the most influential icons today. Their unique relationship with their fandom, called ARMY, is also fascinating and touched upon in this book.
Aside from the fact that the book gathers testimonies from the members about how they felt throughout the 10 years of their career, as I said, most of the story will be familiar to seasoned fans. However, it is a great starting point to newer members of ARMY and overall, a must have for all fans, especially for the candid sharing of feelings from all members.
I must say, I'd have liked for the book to touch a bit more on the solo activities of the members, but this is a record of the group so it's understandable.
Overall I really, really liked this! Recommended 1000%. Read it and become a fan! xD Or read it just for fun. The prose is accessible and the overall concept and presentation is interesting and engaging.

i hate rating biographies because it's about someone's life lol like how can you rate someone's life?!
but, i loved learning more about their lives since their debut. i loved their little blurbs that were included. i love these boys and will likely follow them to the depths of the earth. my OT7 forever

If I thought I loved and respected BTS before reading this book, that’s nothing compared to the love and respect I feel for them after having finished it. I’m so proud to be ARMY and I’m so proud of them.
This really was an insightful and well-written look at the history of BTS. It took me a very long time to finish because I followed all of the QR codes to watch videos, practices, etc. and read blogs, interviews, etc. It was a nice aspect to the book as well. I think someone who is not a huge BTS fan would definitely find a look into this group as interesting. As a new ARMY I found that it lent a balanced perspective to divergent sides of the table.
