This book was readable and it was a very quick read but it leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't particularly attached to any of the characters and I found it hard to connect to any of them. It was an interesting premise, albeit not original. I found the language used made me cringe. I don't know if it's just the fact I'm not American so although I understand the slang, I'm just not used to it or if the author was trying too hard to mimic the younger generation. All in all I found this book bearable and I didn't really mind since I read it for free. Despite the lovely cover, I will not be buying this or re-reading this.

Easily has become one of my favorite books I've read.
I can’t even describe why I love this book. I just absolutely love it. The unpredictable-ness. The end of the world. I’ve read it more than two times. It is just so so good.
What I liked
The way the book was set up. I know this is a super weird thing to like, but I loved the satellite like picture tracking the asteroid closer and closer to earth. It was a new and clever way to pass the time in a way that connected very well to the storyline.
I liked the different mindsets of the different characters. I think the great thing about this book was that it wasn't just a bunch of people giving up and saying that nothing mattered because they were all going to die anyway and it wasn't just a bunch of people being optimistic and saying that everything was going to be okay and that they were going to live. Having a combination of both of those mindsets and everything in between.
The love interests. I am a huge sucker for romance and I liked that this book had romance but complicated romance.
The way the story was told. I loved that each chapter was told by a different characters. I have read a couple of books in that style and this book did not disappoint. You get to learn so much more about each character when you read everything through their perspective.
What I didn't like
The ending. I wanted so much more!!! It gave you closure but at the same time it didn't and it left me wishing that there were 100 more pages at the end of the book.
