I finished this awhile ago but haven't found time to review it.

Good suspense novel but nothing exciting.

The climax fight scene was well written and I did find myself worried for the characters, but it was over too soon.

I probably won't read more by this author unless I'm in a dry spell.

The Doors - Riders On The Storm (Music video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_eQGsbHhDo is the featured music that Connelly chooses as the theme for this novel. A high tech internet server farm is guarded by a Scarecrow geek who is at the heart of a series of gruesome murders that are the subject of a newly rifed LAl Times reporter and his FBI agent girlfriend.

Michael Connelly is awesome/.

Good Dasheill Hammett style detective story for summer reading.

Certainly not up there with Connelly's other books, but I did keep reading til I finished. I hadthe audiobook and I didn't liek the reader so that didn't help.

this is not my normal genre, but in the spirit of summer as the time to explore new areas I gave it a try - a page turner even in audio!

Connelly does it again!
adventurous dark mysterious tense medium-paced

Definitely NOT my favorite Connelly book. It seemed a repeat, not an original.

This book scared the bejesus out of me. I was convinced that the bad guy was hiding in my closet. I guess that's a sign that I was invested in the story, huh?

Another solid outing by Mr. C.
