Wow- a new perspective on obesity and eating issues. Life experiences really do effect our mind/body connection. Loved hearing her read it on audio.

I don't think a book has ever resonated with me as much as this one. As a big person myself, I've felt all the same feelings that Roxane has. She just puts it so much better than I ever could. I'm not going to try to capture all of the feelings. Roxane did that in this book, and I'm grateful that her words are in the world.
