A creative world and story. Has a young adult vibe although the main characters are in their mid 30s (which I appreciated). A little bit of sex but nothing gratuitous or graphic, I'd save for high school readers or older.

3.75. I think I like my sweet romance and my fantasy separate. This has nothing to do with the author and she came up with a fantastic concept, a well thought out plot , and cute characters. I just really didn’t like the ending before the epilogue. The beginning was a little confusing cause you are thrown right into the world without a ton of information, but I felt like as you read the information comes along. I would try the other books in the series.
