Fun read

SO I LITERALLY JUST STARTED READING ALEXA MARTIN and I’ve loved every single one so farrrrr!! This didn’t disappoint either! The love Poppy has for her son, Ace, is so sweet. I’m gonna strive to be that type of parent LOL. Anywayyyy, let’s talk about TKKK (Trevor Kyle.. but don’t call him that

I am obsessed with these. I need Brynn’s story now!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book even though it wasn't my favorite one in the series. It was very much fairy tale ish for me and it was something I wasn't used to. I was looking for more of Marlee and Gavin even though they had moved. I still enjoyed the book thoroughly and have loved this series.

So uh congratulations to this book because it finally snapped me out of my book block. This was the first book I managed to finish in a while so yeah it was good.

I read the first book of this series and even though I didn’t 100% like the catty drama (which I guess it’s supposed to be there being you know football and wives and girlfriends), I enjoyed it because I like sport romances. This second book of this Playbook series was definitely better in the catty petty drama department, but there were little things that left me wanting more and some that I think were little useless.

This was supposed to be some sort of refound family and lost love so I expected MUSH! That never really came. It was cute because duh kids were involved, but there was definitely something missing. I very much liked the fact that it shined a light of long term football injuries and what repeated concussions do to the brain.
