I have followed this webtoon since its original start and when I say this story is SO good in every way. The art style is fun and playful and I can only imagine how hard it must be to constantly be thinking about how hair and things would move and react in water with every new update. Additionally the CHARACTERS!!!! Siren and Kappa have my entire heart but they are not the only ones. Wendy has woven a one of a kind world that is wonderful in plot and heart and everyone needs to buy this and join me in my love of these merfolk.

Very cute. Both Kappa and Siren looked very good. I liked the illustrations although they were a pretty dark color since the story took place mostly in caves.
To be honest, I haven’t been this interested in what happens next in a comic for quite some time. I will probably continue on with this series (with the next 2 seasons that are available on Webtoons where I read this).

Favorite character: Skiff. He may be minor but he’s adorable.
The book is definitely setting up the rest of the series so there is no sense of completion to the end of the book really. I’m excited to read the next book when it comes out.
