I didn’t like how he was constantly rejecting Callie, but then he would get jealous when Callie talked to other guys. He was sending her mixed signals, and his rejections weren’t very kind either.
While I didn’t love the characters, I did enjoy the story. It was action-packed and full of plot twists. And the spicy scenes were HOT. That’s something Jagger Cole never fails to deliver.
I can’t wait for the next book, because the ending of this book left me with questions.

I love a good mafia romance, and this delivered. The action, the spice, the plot twists?! Had me captivated from the first line in the book! I can’t believe I read this in one day, but I couldn’t put it down! I loved Callie’s bratty attitude and Castle’s grumpy demeanour. And the spice…. was immaculate

so i'm just gonna say the fmc annoyed the heck out of me . Why did you have a lost puppy to the mmc! i don't like the cliche unrequited love if it's not done right! i didn't connect with the mcs at all, i love me some age ape but don't keep mentioning the age ape in the book and i felt really left out but that may be because i didn't read the another books in the series.
i love me some mafia, but this wasn't the book for me, i wanted to read book one, but now I'm just not interested in the series at all.

Yes, I enjoyed the book in total. There were unexpected twists. I enjoy books that maintain suspense throughout. This was one of those.
I do wish Callie was a bit more mature in some ways.
There were hints of something brewing between Dahlia and Deimos since the first few chapters. Thus, I am happy to read the final book of the Dark Hearts Series - Reckless Hearts.

stolen hearts was my first book by jagger and i have to say i definitely want to read more! i was immediately drawn to the writing style and i loved how unique the names of both the main characters and side characters were. it was never hard for me to get into the story butttt after around 30% ish i really got into it. once things started to pick up i was obsessed. callie and castle are so good. the spice was very very unexpected. i definitely didn’t expect the spice be as spicy. i also liked how possessive and protective castle was. it was so cute and they had their little domestic moments together that i absolutely adored. and then the end blew me away. it was pretty intense and my jaw was literally on the floor. i was not expecting any of the twists that happened and i was so concerned for callie and castle. i loved their ending even though i was on the edge of my seat but definitely go read this asap!!!
