I read this in practically one sitting. I like thrillers that happen in real time & you’re learning things as the protagonist does. The downside is there wasn’t anything really twisty here. I mean every male character was an initial suspect for sure, but I narrowed down the guilty parties. Still kept the ride interesting though.

It’s no secret that I absolutely love thrillers and I’m happy to highly recommend this one. The synopsis will intrigue you and the first chapter will completely grab you. The author did a great job of writing characters that you're rooting for even if they sometimes annoy you. I love being able to connect with characters and I see any emotion towards them as a win. The writing was well done and the pacing built at the right points. This story never felt slow and instead I was rushing to finish so I could see how it ended. I was pleased with the ending and was even a bit surprised by it even if some aspects were predictable. Overall, I would highly recommend this book and cannot wait to read more from this author.

This was a fun, quick read. I really liked the FMC. I would recommend this book for someone who is looking for something a little less stressful to read.
