★4.5 STARS★
Describing Logan St. James as a fit as f*ck bodyguard is both accurate and a gross injustice the man behind the uniform. Being raised in an underprivileged area with a family that prides itself on their rap sheet, has not stopped Logan from living a life he is proud of. His role as personal bodyguard to the Royal family is one he is honoured to do and gives him a sense of purpose in life.
By personal request of the King, Logan is asked to watch over the Queen’s younger sister, Ellie. Much like myself as a reader he is instantly amused by her quirky personality and vivaciousness. They strike up a friendship that over the years transforms into a relationship filled with angsty forbidden undertones. And I dear reader could not get enough!
Having a sister who is The Queen has opened doors Ellie had daren’t peek behind. For starters there aren’t many girls her age that have their own personal bodyguard. Far be it of Ellie to think of Logan as that though. He quickly became her friend and closest confidant, and now as young woman his role in her life has changed once again.
The slow burn in this novel is the stuff dreams are made of. I was positively itching for these two to get together, but with a chilling outside threat made against The Queen, scratching that itch could dire consequences for all.
Royally Endowed is the third edition to series which you’d think would get harder for the author to top. Instead we get more laughs, bigger swoons and a wealth of smouldering steam. In short, Emma Chase writes an utterly delightful romantic comedy that I could not put down for love nor money.

Logan is no Prince Charming, but he comes pretty close. He's a lover, a protector and fighter. As Ellie discovers, loving him is anything but easy, yet she can't seem to help herself. With Royally Endowed, Emma Chase gives readers the sweetness of a fairy tale, the thrill of adventure and the heat of an erotic novel. Ms. Chase makes sure that readers never give up the fantasy while delivering a taste of real love.
Ok--I rounded up from 3 to 4 stars for Logan. His and Ellie's story really takes place over five years, from when he first met her as a high school senior, staying behind to keep an eye on her while Olivia was in Wessco with Nicholas. It's cute watching Ellie crush on him and him trying not to break her heart, then struggling not to give in once she's old enough (around 20, while he is, I believe, 25?), because that would just complicate things all around and he'd feel like he let Nicholas down. The contrivances make sense, given their backgrounds and issues--Ellie struggling with a grieving alcoholic of a dad growing up, and Logan growing up with a family of criminals and dirtbags. The epilogue is sweet. Shane East gave him a stronger accent in the first book in the series to differentiate from Nicholas, and it kinda comes in and out here, which is a shame, as Shane is British and can do different regional accents. But he's still amazing to listen to.
Ehhh...this was probably my least favorite book out of this series, but it was still cute nonetheless! I enjoyed reading Ellie's story, but it was so hard to change my mindset - I was still viewing her as "Olivia's little sister" instead of a grown adult. Her immaturity did shine through at times, but I did enjoy her positive outlook on everything. Logan was also a "hit and miss" for me. Sometimes a freakin' adored him, but others I thought "really? -_-" I also didn't like that we had to wait until almost 65% through JUST to see some interaction between Logan and Ellie that was more than friendly. Overall - I did enjoy this book, it wasn't as good as the first two, but it was still cute!
I will admit that this was my least favorite. There was a lot of time lapses and sometimes I felt like we were getting off course. Not really building the chemistry. But the second half of the book made up for it. Still loved it
I really loved this book. It's been a long time since I've read a bodyguard romance that doesn't devolve into frequent and inconsequential boinking from the get-go. The stakes are always pleasantly high in Chase's books, and despite their outward appearances, her characters are always wrestling with big choices. I knocked it down one star because a later plot development involved one of my least favorite plot twists
Spoiler
sex in a public place and being discovered. This is particular out of character for the hero who has a sensible and protective streak a mile long. I really hated seeing it appear in a book that otherwise was a 4 star read for me.
This book follows Princess Olivia's younger sister Ellie and bodyguard Logan. When tasked with protecting the new princess's little sister for years, of course he ends up falling for her. And when Ellie feels the same, the dilemma ensues. Logan could lose the job he worked so hard for if he pursues his feelings. While this book isn't as good as the first two, it still holds up pretty well. There's way less smut, reading more as a contemporary romance. But that's because there's a lot of buildup to Logan and Ellie's relationship. I also love the way they ultimately got together. There's plenty of drama to go around, and we constantly get to check in with the other two couples.
Bodyguard romances are my favorite trope. This book was the perfect example of why. It spans a 5-year period of watching Logan and Ellie fall in love and line for each other. It takes a long time for either of them to admit their feelings because Ellie has a fear of rejection and Logan because he knows he’ll have to choose between her and the only job that has ever really given him purpose. It was a wonderful read. I read it in one day.
Meh
There was actually no plot to this just cute moments and the conflict that she was building do had a one chapter climax
